**Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Acquisition:** Identify, approach, and engage with potential clients in the rental business to promote JaipurRental.com’s platform and services.

2. **Market Research:** Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

3. **Brand Representation:** Act as the face of JaipurRental.com, representing the brand professionally at industry events, trade shows, and business meetings.

4.   Relationship Building:   Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including rental business owners, real estate agents, and property managers.

5.   Promotional Activities:  Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional events, and other initiatives to increase awareness and drive adoption of JaipurRental.com’s services.

6. **Lead Generation:** Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships, to contribute to the overall growth of the business.

7.   Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements:

1.   Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in field marketing or a related role, with a successful track record of client acquisition and relationship building.

2.   Excellent Communication Skills:  Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to articulate the value proposition of JaipurRental.com effectively.

3.  Result-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets. Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.

4.  Networking Skills:   Strong networking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key industry players.

5.  Adaptability:  Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel within the designated region.

6.  Knowledge of Rental Industry:  Understanding of the rental business and real estate market will be an added advantage.
