Position: Telemarketer – Lead Generation

Job Overview:
As a Telemarketer for Lead Generation, you will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing potential leads for our business. Your primary responsibility will be to engage prospects over the phone, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value of our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospects with the goal of generating high-quality leads.
2. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through consistent follow-ups.
3. Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our offerings to prospective customers.
4. Record and maintain accurate information on leads, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
4. Familiarity with CRM software and lead management processes.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
